The ceremony will start at 5:30 PM. Those who arrive late will be sat in the back. Our reception will begin around 6 PM and end around 11 PM.

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Appalachian Rose Farm at 400 Glencairn Rd. There will be wedding signs up along the road.

Dress accordingly! The weather will be hotter on Sunday. Our ceremony is outdoors and then we will move into the glass barn on the property for the reception. The barn is air conditioned. Please note this is a formal event and attire is still expected to be appropriate (no jeans, shorts, short dresses, etc)

We will be having chicken parmesan with spaghetti, as well as steak skewers. There will also be a salad bar. Our caterer has been made aware of allergies.

There will be an open bar. We will have just about any and all hard liquor, beer, and wine. DO NOT bring your own alcohol. We will be tipping on behalf of our guests. You are welcome to provide a cash tip in excess.

We do not have a registry. Please consider a gift to our honeymoon fund, linked on our wedding website. We will also have the QR code or a drop box for envelopes at the ceremony.

We have pre-paid for a driver onsite. The suburban can hold around 6 guests at a time. If you need a ride, please utilize our driver but ensure all of your party is able to ride together. Tips for the driver are appreciated.

We have a few bungalows still available near our venue. Please text Kate or Will ASAP regarding accommodations.
